What is the fastest transit time for air freight?
For most major trade lanes (e.g. Istanbul–Frankfurt, Istanbul–Dubai), we offer next-flight-out express services with door-to-door delivery within 24–48 hours. Standard services run 48–72 hours. Exact transit time depends on origin airport, destination and available departures on the booking date.
Can you handle dangerous goods by air?
Yes. Our team holds IATA Dangerous Goods certificates and is fully equipped to handle IATA-classified dangerous goods across all hazard classes. Please provide the UN number, IATA class, packing group and MSDS/SDS when requesting a quote. Some restrictions apply per airline and destination country.
Do you provide pharmaceutical cold chain air freight?
Yes. We offer GDP-compliant temperature-controlled air freight for pharmaceuticals, biologics and clinical trial materials. Active (Envirotainer, DoKaSch) and passive (qualified shippers) solutions are available. Full temperature data logging and records provided for each shipment.
How do I track my air shipment?
Once your booking is confirmed, you receive the Master AWB number and access to our tracking portal. Automated email/SMS notifications are sent at key milestones: departure, arrival at transshipment point, import clearance and final delivery. Our operations team is also available 24/7 for status enquiries.
What documents are required for air export?
Standard documents include: commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill and export customs declaration. Depending on the goods and destination, additional documents may be required: certificate of origin, EUR.1, health certificate, phytosanitary certificate or import permit.
