Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum storage period or space requirement?
There is no fixed minimum period for short-term storage. We offer flexible pricing per pallet or per m², accommodating everything from small-volume long-term customers to high-volume short-term operations.
Can I track my stock in real time?
Yes. Via the customer portal connected to our WMS, you can monitor your stock in real time by SKU, lot or pallet. Inbound/outbound notifications, stock count reports and monthly activity summaries are sent automatically.
What is the difference between a bonded warehouse and a regular warehouse?
In a bonded warehouse, goods are stored under customs authority supervision before customs procedures are completed; import duties and VAT are not payable until goods leave the warehouse. This preserves cash flow. In a regular warehouse, goods have already cleared customs before being stored.
How does e-commerce order integration work?
We set up API integrations with Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, Shopify and other platforms. Incoming orders are relayed to our WMS instantly; once pick-pack is complete, the order is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is automatically sent to the customer.
Do you offer a returns management service?
Yes. We receive, inspect and classify returned items (fit for sale / requires repair / for disposal) and process their return to stock or disposal. A detailed condition report is provided for each return.
